What You'll Do:

  • Execute manual and automated testing activities for Intermedia products, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs, ensuring detailed investigation and reporting.
  • Maintain and run existing automation scripts, understanding test outcomes and filing issues accordingly.
  • Begin contributing new test cases to existing automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA team members to define testing strategies and ensure product quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, feature reviews, and quality-related discussions, providing status updates on test progress.
  • Work with databases and data validation as part of testing processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA practices and tools.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of QA experience in a software development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and ability to extend or maintain test scripts.
  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL) and ability to write queries for data validation.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers.
