RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead new feature delivery from inception to transition;
  • Prioritize product backlog for development team;
  • Participate in team planning and demo meetings;
  • Gather product requirements: analyze incoming product visions and requests, existing systems possibilities, discuss details with stakeholders;
  • Develop detailed requirements for the development teams: UML/workflow diagrams, user stories and use cases;
  • Coordinate UI prototyping and graphical design;
  • Manage requirements changes;
  • Communicate statuses to stakeholder, manage expectations;
  • Plan releases and coordinate delivery to operations and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner/project manager/business analyst in IT;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to process information from different sources and create explicit and clear requirements;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to lead productive group meetings;
  • Strong technical attitude, analysis skills and problem solving skills;
  • Experience working with Scrum or similar Agile frameworks;
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Process;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis on Computer Science or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate and higher;

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Technical background;
  • Experience with cloud software;
  • Project Management and Agile certifications
