RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating medium fidelity mockups for desktop, web and admin panels;
• Usability research and analysis, user tests performing;
• Integrating new flows into the product consistently;
• Developing and maintaining the design system;
• Negotiations with products managers, other designers and developers;
• Taking responsibilities and lead the product through all stages (market research, concept, prototyping, development, post-launch analysis);
• Working in a style set, carefully refreshing it according to industry design trends and creating icons

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Good knowledge of usability, UX/UI and human factors principles;
• Ability to analyze requirements and come up with simple and elegant solutions to essential problems;
• Strong communication & teamwork skills;
• Ability to stay highly organized;
• An understanding and personal interest in the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment;
• English level above Intermediate;

ADVANTAGES:

• Ability to create illustrations;
• Experience with Figma;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Knowledge of desktop UI guidelines;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
