Are you ready to make your mark?

We are seeking for Data Quality Analyst to join our Corporate Analytics team. The team is responsible for collecting, processing, storing, and providing data for further integration with financial systems and reports for business users.

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our data quality infrastructure, specializing in data consolidation, data analysis, and responding to user issues and requests as part of QA team.

The data sources mainly include MS SQL, Oracle, DataBricks, SnowFlake and REST API. The team uses SQL, Python to store the collected, cleansed, and enriched data, and SSRS, Power BI, and email distributions to provide user access to reporting data.

The team uses modern practices, implements new technologies, patterns, and tools for data quality, testing automation, and data monitoring. JIRA/Confluence is used to manage working processes, and Git and Azure DevOps Server are used for code collaboration. The team works using Agile methodology with two-week sprints.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, assess, monitor, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used

- Create and maintain documentation

- Undertake and Conduct Data Quality Management activities such as:

--Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems

--Evaluate large dataset for quality and accuracy

--Determine business impact level for data quality issues

--Work with Programmers to correct data quality errors

--Work to QA team to improve data quality

Requirements:

- SQL knowledge (at least all type of joins, aggregations, window functions..)

- Knowledge of database/ETL theory

- Knowledge and at least 1 year experience of any scripting language (R, Python, etc.)

- Experience working with one of the well-known relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)

- English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural in different time zones team

- All aspects of data quality management including a full end to end data quality implementation

- Strong data analysis skills across multiple source systems of various formats

- Root cause analysis

Nice to have:

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar.

- Knowledge of MS SQL infrastructure (SSRS, SSIS, etc.)

- Experience working as an data quality analyst

- High level of English proficiency

- Experience working with reports and large datasets

- Experience working with Power BI
- Working knowledge of DAX

- Experience transforming data with Power Query
- Experience with modern cloud base technologies

- Experience working with version control systems.
